Awesome Healthy Oats
The life is very busy and at times it is we get late for the office in the morning. There are a very few healthy option for your breakfast when you have less time. Quaker Oats os one of the best Healty food available during breakfast.

It hardly takes 3-5 minutes to a cup of milk and add Quaker Oats to it. Have it if you have time or put it in a sipper and consume it on the go. Many a times I had these Oats while going to the office in the office cab

Very tasty and many flavours available. I personally like the Kesar flavour. It is very yummy and the best part is you can consume is hot or Ice cold. Both variety has its own fun.

Your Kids are going to love it.
I use Quaker oats as breakfast for 3-5 times a week and it provide long lasting energy as the duration between my breakfast and lunch is long, almost 5 hours. I prefer to take Quaker oats with milk which provides essential nutrients for the day. I regularly go to the gym and my trainer was the one who suggested my to include oats in my daily diet if I want to build muscles. I also a lot of other brands like kellogs, Saffola etc which are good and tastes the same but Quaker is readily available.

Flavour and Packaging: To be honest, regular oats has an acquired taste and I had to really struggle a lot to acquire the taste and I add honey, almonds, kishmis, cashews to enhance the taste. Quaker oats is a perfect breakfast to kick start your day.

when I was start eating oats that time I was eating with milk and dry fruits but after that found masala oats, which is good. .I can make this oats with dal, vegetables and eggs, which is really delicious. If you want to make idli, paratha, dosa etc by oats so you can make it, and they are share recipes behind the packet.
